I thought I was fit prior to meeting Michelle…I was wrong!
I have exercised faithfully my entire adult life and am lucky in the sense that I have never really had a weight issue.  Although, I felt that I was more fit than the average person, I never dreamt of the results that I got by following Michelle’s advice and training.  She taught me that diet and exercise really do go hand and hand.  Michelle showed me how to transform my body by working out smarter rather than harder. She proved that making the right food choices in every day life is easy.
The exercise classes lead by Michelle and the team at Anytime Fitness are first-rate, educational and hard core.  I rapidly started to see a dramatic change in body definition and inches lost.
Weight training, learning to “eat clean” and control my portion sizes gave me the results I have been striving for.  Thank you Michelle, I feel better than ever! Fit really does Happen.

Lurene’s Story

Lurene Before and AfterMy name is Lurene and my weight problem is very typical. I had been struggling with my weight for about 10 years. I tried many different programs. Some of them actually worked for a short period of time, but each time I would gain it back with even more weight. I knew I needed a dramatic change, but I also knew that gastric bypass surgery was not the route I personally wanted to take. I wanted to take a journey with my weight loss. I wanted to heal my soul at the same time the weight loss would take place. I also wanted to be an active mom and be able to keep up with my energetic six year old son.
Michelle O’Toole’s program aka (The Diet Doc program) was exactly what I had been searching for.
This program is completely different from any other program I’ve tried. I am not only learning how to eat “clean food” but I am being educated on why I shouldn’t’ eat more than 40 carbs during one serving, or what happens to my blood sugar level if I don’t eat every 3 hours. Not only is the nutritional part of this program enlightening but having Michelle coach and mentor me along the way is the true key to my success. The first day I met Michelle I knew that there was something very special about her and that something magical was starting to take place at Anytime Fitness.

Megan Before and AfterJust over 2 years ago I had my third baby and although it was an extremely happy time for me and my family,  I found myself back at the gym totally unhappy and depressed about how I looked!! I had been taking group fitness classes and trying to watch what I ate, but the scale didn’t budge and I found myself spiraling deeper and deeper into a depression over my physical appearance.

After one of the group fitness classes, I asked Michelle what I was doing wrong, she gave me some advice and also told me about the Body Challenge that was about to start. She was the coach of the Sunday team and thankfully for me there was still room….I immediately signed up!! That was the beginning of my new life! I completed that 8 week body challenge with a 25 lbs weight loss!! I then signed up for the next Body Challenge that started a month or two later….when all was said and done I had lost just over 50 lbs!!! I looked and felt amazing and couldn’t have done it without the help and support of Michelle!!

Since the last body challenge, a lot has changed in my life…I started competing in triathlons, in fact my husband and two older girls (7 and 5) compete in them as well!! It has been great for our family to become healthier together. Triathlons have become such a huge part of our life…this summer I was certified as a triathlon coach and even started my own coaching business!!! www.mramultisport.com  I have also been certified to teach Spin and group fitness classes!! I can honestly say that I have never been happier or healthier in my life! None of which would have been possible without the constant support and guidance from Michelle! She has helped me to change my life and I will forever be grateful to her!
